Not necessarily. As long as we have clear access to the work areas and any outside water spigots are accessible, you do not need to be present. We will confirm access details when we schedule.

Light rain usually does not affect exterior cleaning. If severe weather makes the job unsafe or ineffective, we will contact you to reschedule at the next available time.

Please close all windows and doors, remove vehicles from the driveway, and move fragile items like patio furniture, planters, and decorations away from the work area. We will handle covering outlets and protecting delicate landscaping.

We use low-pressure soft washing on siding, roofs, and delicate surfaces. High pressure is reserved for concrete and other durable materials. We also pre-wet and protect nearby plants as needed.

We need access to an exterior water spigot. We bring our own professional equipment, hoses, and cleaning solutions. Electricity is not required for most services.

We do a final walk-through with you (or send photos if you are not home), remove all equipment, and leave your property clean. Surfaces may remain damp for a few hours after cleaning.
